CRAZY COOK ALONG VIDEO CONFERENCE PROJECT BRIEF

Project Brief

Hosting a cookery programme that shall be broadcast into other schools for them to follow in a live cook-along.

Preparation

1. The host school should produce a recipe and send this out to participating schools so they may obtain the relevant ingredients and equipment prior to VC.
2. Participating schools must obtain the necessary ingredients and equipment and use an area compliant with food safety standards during VC.

Conference Agenda

1. Initial introduction between schools.
2. Cookery programme host will initially present the finished product – setting the end goal (i.e. Here is one I made earlier..)
3. Cook-along takes place with the participating schools cooking along at the same time as the host.
4. Discussion about the finished products – tasting session.
5. Discussion about ease of making recipe according to the instructions sent and according to having to cook along with a host.
6. Closing Remarks and Thank You
