HEALTHY CHOCS VIDEO CONFERENCING PROJECT BRIEF

(idea provided by Joanna Collins Victoria Primary and Pauline Bryant Padre Pio RC Primary School, Torfaen)

Preparation prior to VC

  1. Each class will need to find out about healthy eating and how this doesn't always have to be boring.  You can have less healthy options for treats.
  2. Each class will be given criteria for making a healthy choc recipe e.g. must include some chocolate and at least 3 different healthy items.
  3. Children will taste their own product and make notes about it (appearance, taste, healthy/unhealthy, opinion).  These will be presented in a format of their choice during the VC e.g. visuals, posters, multimedia etc
  4. Each class will make up their own instructions/recipe and ingredients for their partner school and send it to them.
  5. The process will be photographed/videoed as appropriate.
