Brief
Jungle Animal exchange,   DT/art.

Prior preparation

• As a class design a jungle animal.
• Write a detailed description and resource list of that animal and send it to the other participating school.
• After receiving description from the participating school, as a class, follow the instructions and make their monster.
• Write a short story, poem or piece of music to use for presenting the jungle animal. 

Resources

• Different types of card, material and adhesives for the animal.

Suggested activities for the video conference

• General introductions between schools and class.
• Compare animal number one.  Discuss similarities and differences.
• Animal designers present their animal with a story, poem or piece of music.
• Compare animal number two.  Discuss similarities and differences.
• Animal designers present their animal with a story, poem or piece of music.
• Questions and answers.
• Thank you and good byes.
