PERFECT PIZZAS! VIDEO CONFERENCE PROJECT BRIEF

Brief: create a pizza - Food Technology / Healthy Eating

Preparation prior to VC
1. Decide which school will make and which one will instruct.
2. Host school make the pizza  - creating and writing detailed instructions for the process they will go through
3. Host school share the ingredients list and equipment list with the making school

Resources
1. Paper to write the instructions
2. Ingredients list: Tortilla wraps, passata or tomato paste, grated cheese, sliced tomatoes, diced, onion and fresh basil leaves
3. Non-stick frying pan and a spatula

Video Conference Agenda - Suggested Australia
1. Share initial greetings.
2. Ensure ‘making’ school have all the required ingredients and equipment.
3. Host school present the instructions giving the partner school time to carry out each instruction given.
e.g.     Take a tortilla wrap and place inside the heated frying pan
    Place the grated cheese on one half of the tortilla wrap.
    Place slices of tomato, basil leaves and diced onion on top of the cheese.
    Fold the tortilla wrap in half to cover the cheese, tomatoes etc.
    When ready turn the whole, filled tortilla over to toast the other side.
    Serve and enjoy!
