FOLK DANCE EXCHANGE VIDEO CONFERENCING PROJECT BRIEF

(idea provided by Christine Robinson Greenmeadow Primary and Pauline Bryant Padre Pio RC Primary,Torfaen)

Preparation prior to VC

1. Each class/group will create their own sequences using PESS packs.
2. Follow PESS Pack 'Funky Folk'
3. At the end of the module perform sequences in pairs and groups to own class.
4. As a class choose three sequences to present to other classes.

4. Digital cameras/camcorders (optional)

Video Conference Agenda – Suggested Activities

1. Initial introductions between the classes/schools.
2. One group to perform their sequence. 
3. The other class will evaluate the performance using 2 stars and a wish.
4. Repeat this process for the other groups
5. The partner school then performs their 3 dances and evaluation takes place.
6. Each class will then choose their favourite sequence and teach it to the partner class.
7. Closing comments and thank you.
