Brief

Monster exchange,   DT/art/ music focus.

Prior preparation

• As a class design a monster.
• Write a detailed description and resource list of that monster and send it to the other participating school.
• After receiving description from the participating school, as a class, follow the instructions and make their monster.

Resources

• Different types of card, material and adhesives for the monster.

Suggested activities for the video conference

• General introductions between schools and class.
• Compare monster number one.  Discuss similarities and differences.
• Monster designers present their monster with a story, poem or piece of music.
• Compare monster number two.  Discuss similarities and differences.
• Monster designers present their monster with a story, poem or piece of music.
• Questions and answers. 
• Thank you and good byes.
